Year 6 have received the visit from a L'Arche Liverpool team this week. The mission of L’Arche is to make known the gifts of people with learning disabilities, and our children have learnt how we all are equal in the eyes of God, and how being part of a community such as L'Arche has empowered many people all over the world, enabling them to take part in activities such as gardening, wood work, baking, art, candle making... as they share their gifts with the rest of the team. It has been a fantastic experience, and we are looking forward to visiting them in Liverpool soon!
