Year 6 have taken part in a retreat day today. The theme of their retreat was “Lent: a time to give”, and they’ve spent the day in prayer, thinking about those who are most in need. As part of the retreat, they’ve made Blessing Bags for the homeless, Easter cards for those in our community who are home bound, taken part in a guided meditative prayer led by one of our governors and making Stations of the Cross for the whole school to use during Holy Week.
